(1) Buffing Lathes – 6 units in total (only 3 shown in the photo)
Our buffing work is performed using large buffing lathes. The rotating cloth wheels (buffs) are coated with polishing compounds, and the workpiece is pressed against them to achieve the desired finish. This method adapts well to curved surfaces and supports a wide variety of materials, including metal, plastic, acrylic, glass, and stone.
It is mainly used for finishing processes that enhance the product’s appearance, such as gloss finishing and mirror polishing.
*The photos below show various types of cloth buffs.

(2) Belt Sander – 1 unit
A belt sander uses an abrasive-coated sanding belt that rotates at high speed. Unlike narrow hand-filing, it can powerfully and efficiently sand large surface areas in a short time. It is used for applications such as surface finishing of wood, rust removal on metal, deburring, paint stripping, and polishing curved surfaces.

(3) Multi Buff Grinder – 1 unit Options: Flexible cable, mini sander
The multi buff grinder is compact yet highly powerful, allowing efficient polishing of small workpieces. By using the flexible cable, it can also function as a router for extremely small or detailed items.
