6. Suspension of Service

Notifications between the Site and Users will be made by methods designated by the Site. Notices sent to the registered contact information are considered delivered at the time of dispatch.
13. Assignment

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the court having jurisdiction over the Site’s business location.
